Easy Steps To Register

• Obtain a copy of the registration form provided here:
  CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE REGISTRATION FORM!
• Complete and sign the registration form and send it by email or fax no later than July 15th, 2008.
  
• Once your application is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. Please, check if the recorded data is correct.
• Please note that the deadline for full payment of the registration fee is June 15th, 2008 for Early Bird Registration and that July, 15th 2008 for regular registration.
• Cancellations should be made before July 30th 2008; after that date no refunds will be made.
  

The Early Bird Registration Fee is $US 250 and the Regular Registration Fee is $US 300. Symposium fees include admission to the symposium sessions, refreshments, two lunches, registration materials and proceedings.
